With summer around the corner, it’s likely that you’re spending more time than usual out playing in the sun. In the midst of this springtime fun, it’s easy to forget about an important basic health tip: drink more water!
The foundation of health begins in our cells and those cells need to be well hydrated and nourished to provide our body with the energy we need for top performance. Every process in our body depends on water!
A good rule of thumb is to drink 80 oz of water per day. At a minimum, if you drink one glass per hour of the day while you’re at work, this will get you close to reaching your daily goal!
