18 Aug One Little Exercise for a Good Night’s Sleep
We can do everything possible to enhance our health and happiness, but if our sleep is suffering, we’re bound to suffer too!
Here’s one little exercise you can practice daily to ensure a good nights rest and a productive day ahead. It is best to practice 4-7-8 breathing in the morning, upon waking, and again at night before going to sleep.
